Wrong contract

Mid-november, I went to upgrade my contract at MTN. I had been a loyal customer for two years. I first enquired about the MTN anytime 200 contract for the iphone 5c 16g, and then asked the consultant: Clintia Tobias if I could rather get the top-up 200 contract. She told me that the only difference was an extra R20 per month. So I chose the top-up contract, only to find out a week later that the contract gave me no data, and a lot less smss. After I went to talk to the consultant, she assured me that the contract had data included. She mislead me until this day. I am still waiting to get any data on this contract and she still has not changed my contract to the anytime 200 contract. The last time I went to see her, she asked me to write a letter stating why I wanted to change my contract; I did. But she would not send the letter, because I wrote that she mislead me.

Please sort out my contract and your staff!!!
I have been extremely disappointed in your customer service since doing this upgrade!
