Cell C
What a lack of service

Hi,

I am tired of cell c they are the worst network when it comes to providing a service. I don't know if this is a result of my number being swapped from vodacom to cell c. I pay cell c every month but yet nobody can get hold of me even though my phone is on. I have phoned cell c call center in which I have the phone put down on me. I got hold of a lady at cell c in which i filled in a network problem form I am still waiting for a reponse. I am tired of the attitudes of employees of cell c as nothing is being done. I am extremely mad at this situation I wish I never changed from vodacom. Cell c states that they are 97% or something like that coverage which to me is not evident because I can never contact or be contacted. I have been waiting for people to contact me regarding job offers and they get my voice mail. Today was the last straw when a prospective employer tried to contact me. I want to terminate this contract and return the phone as I am paying for what service. I am tired of this as it has been going on for over three months and cell c just does not respond to my complaint because I have been into the Glen branch and even phoned head office and still nothing
