Sent for Repairs, came back with more problems

On 05-03-2012 I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter and was able to get feedback from Cell C a few minutes later... They allocated a lady named Blanche who would be handling my query/complaint... Blanche contacted me the next day... Thank you for that, but that was the first and the last I heard from Cell C with regards to my repair. As you are aware my phone was booked in for repairs on 11-01-2013 with a no signal problem & the battery icon on the screen, which results in you not being able to switch the phone back on. I received my phone on 26-02-2013 with more faults i.e High Voltage warning appears on screen, battery icon displays on screen as if its charging while not being on charge & it switch on & off on its own. My phone was sent back to the Repairs Centre on 27-02-2013. Blanche advised that my repair would be prioritised... But to date, I haven't heard anything from Cell C. When I contact Cell C customer care... It's the same process again... Hold on for Repair Centre for 20min with no answer on the other side... This is rediculous. Service is very bad... I would prefer having my phone replaced... This is not acceptable. Can contact me on 0742851213
