Worst service ever!!

This is the second time i will log a complaint. My 2yr contract has come to an end and I wanted to cancell and go on pay as you go. I have followed everyone's request by sending email confirmation and followed up with tel calls to ensure it will be cancelled on the specified date. As I know their service is, I followed up every week with tel calls and was eventually told it would be cancelled 16 Nov, What a Surprise!! It is not cancelled. Yesterday I was promised again it will be cancelled from 00h00 today, however I am still not cancelled. What should one do? This is the reason I cannot stay with the worst mobile service provider! They apparantly lost my request, do not have my correct personal details and how many times should I go through this process??? I have dealt with Lungile (Ref 3551793) and Mandi (Ref 3364058). Their call agents are just as rude and I just want to get rid of them. Please advice urgently as I no longer want my contract to continue.
