I am so upset while typing this. I can't believe that companies can just do as they like.
My contract with Virgin came to an end at end of October, but no one bothered to let me know, no sms, no call nothing. I queried my contract expiry date on the 23rd Nov and got an email on the 24th Nov that it is due for an upgrade. I then requested the contract to be cancelled, nothing happened.
So today I call to ask what is happening and Lungile tells me it can only be cancelled on the 26th of December because I must give a 30 day notice. What bull is this? If THEY told me by end of OCTOBER that my contract has expired, then I would've cancelled it then. So now I have to pay ANOTHER month for this contract!! Pathetic! And then she tells me that if I don't pay for December, then they will blacklist me! That's nice!! But if they don't act on their part it's fine and we as the customer should just accept it!
I DON'T WANT THIS CONTRACT ANYMORE!!! I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED NOW!!!
