Once again it has been proven that Virgin Mobile is disorganised.
I spoke to Nandipha on 07/05/2013, She couldn't give me a confirmation that the contract has been cancelled. When I phoned the call centre, today, the contract wansn't cancelled. OMW!!! 1
.
Now Lerato from the cancellations department confirmed that it hasn't been cancelled!???
What is wrong with Virgin Mobile???
I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF BAD SERVICE BEFORE.
I WANT THIS SORTED AS IN YESTERDAY
I WILL NOT PAY VIRGIN MOBILE ANOTHER R149 BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT VIRGIN MOBILE STAFF DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING WITH SYSTEM ISSUES AND LERATHO, ONCE AGAIN COULDN'T GIVE ME CONFIRMATION, THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!!???!?!?!?!?!?!
