I was upgraded to an incorrect package during my upgrade process. The person responsible (Mohammed Kahn) now refuses to take my calls (which I am undertaking at my own expense) nor does he bother to call me back. Why can't nashua mobile just fix this simple mistake that they did. I will be forced to stop their debit order as I cannot be paying for something I did not ask for.
