Issues with iPhone 5 Not getting LTE

I called into the contact centre 082155 and spoke to Azarin Jacobs (Reports to Ferguson Losper) at 13:43 on 30 Jan 2013.

The complaint was that I had two iPhone 5's. Both phones/sims were requested to be activated with LTE on 29 Jan 2013.

The one line is connecting with LTE, the other is not. Both phones identical config, both phones in same coverage area, both phones have the same 6.1 software.

Azarin tells me that he can not help me further and that I need to go to a VodaShop. Sure I have all the time in the world to do this Azarin... (not)

His attitude condescending and not willing to escalate the call further. Made me feel like I was dealing with the postoffice or home affairs (if you don't like it tough...). Is this what I pay R20k per year for?
