5th time handing in same phones for same issues

SPEECHLESS at terrible service, miscommunication within VODACOM and
EMPTY promises, time and time again.
After numerous attempts to have 2 phones fixed, still no LUCK. We
have more than 2 contracts with Vodacom, and this for more than 14
years and pay our bill ON TIME. We were assured the second last time,
we booked in our phones 24 April 2013 that it will be sorted out. We
got them back, SAME ISSUES. We took them in again 23 May 2013, and
received them 4 June 2013, STILL WITH THE SAME ISSUES...? This
after the 4th time?
On the 24th and 27th of May, I received an email from Vodacom implying
the following: "a visit our Customer Care Centre will better reflect
our commitment to customer satisfaction". WE DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF
EVERY SINGLE TIME to hand in our phones at VODAWORLD. I can't
understand how these phones pass their "Quality Check"? Now VODACOM
says we have only handed in the phones twice? It should have been
fixed the first time, shouldn't it? We truly hope that we can sort
this out and get what we pay for WORKING PHONES that's all...
