Smoke is coming out of my ears as I pen down my frustrations on this letter. I'm highly off with cellc. Its been more than six odd days that I initially lodged a complaint with cellc call centre regarding my contract which was amended without my consent. They are yet to listen to a sales call recording and give me feedback. What pathetic customer service. Unbelievable. Boitumelo Khuma first contacted me and made all sorts of promises that she never kept. Typical of cellc. At some stage during our conversation which i hope was recorded, she suggested that she explain something to me in Zulu because she probably felt that my understanding of English was poor. Instead of a follow-up from her, I now get a call from Tryphina Montshiwa, who just called me and guess what? She promised me exactly what Boitumelo promised me before that she will comeback to me within 48hrs. Now I'm dealing with two people, its so unprofessional. The most annoying part is that I had to again explain what happened. cellc please cancel my contract with immediate effect I cant be dealing with such a company that's being run like a tuckshop.
