Yesterday, (14/11/2013) I went to purchase a cell phone and my application was rejected due to your company placing me on ITC. I am absolutely livid with your company.

I had an account with you (Acc no 000616817) and because of bad billing on you side and really poor service delivery my account, was closed by the then head Director Thurston.james, I was told that all credits had been done and that the account had been closed and no funds were owed, and this was in May 2012.

You people have handed me over (the first time EVER - most embarrassing) with not so much as a phone call, or email. I phoned your contact centre and check my details on my account all of them are correct, so there is no reason not to be able to get hold of me. I expect an appolgy in writing and that this be reversed from ITC IMMEDIATELY

This was sent to Neotel on 15th November .. I still have had no human contact except for some emails telling me that they have received my emails.
