NEOTEL's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE

I have had just about enough of Neotel and its incompetent, non caring and generally unsympathetic accounts people. I cancelled a Neotel month to month contract of mine two to three months ago in favour of a new better service from Neotel. But instead of cancelling the account the at Neotel have simply added it onto the new service and they expect me to pay for both!! I sent them numerous emails complaining about this and they just don't respond! They could not be bothered. Finally I instructed by bank to reverse the latest debit order that Neotel attempted to pass in May. I even warned Neotel that I would reverse the debit order and still they could not be bothered. It was only after the debit order was reversed that they sent a pathetic email asking for my account number. To add salt to injury, I keep getting an email from some debt collector of Neotel telling me that I owe close to R3000 but they don't bother to explain to me what I owe this money for and how come the bank has NEVER rejected any of their debit orders over the last few months. I just don't understand what is wrong with these people! I am on the verge of closing all my accounts with them.
