Auto page cellular, worst service provider ive ever dealt with
sad for a company that used to provide good customer service,
after the last 3 months i cant wait to be rid of them, counting
the days now. Start off with them disconnecting me as i cancelled
the debit order due to having to change banks due to,
of course they could have advised me that not being on a debit order
means the account is a 15 day account. I reinstated the debit order
because of the trust i had having dealt with 6 company lines before i
transferred my line to my name, only to be triple debited for one insurance
claim, ( which i had to scan and email my bank statements and accounts to prove!)
they record every call, how is 25 calls to the insurance department? in 3 weeks
this after i had just renewed the contract, eventually i cancelled, i cant
spend so much on fixing your issues, then you proceed to double debit me for the
monthly installments, cause i changed debit order dates? not once but twice!
glad i cancelled, i will still be lodging a complaint with the ncc as no one
should have to be forced by such shoddy service to walk away from a service provider!
