Porting to an existing contract

We have a business contract with Vodacom. We have been trying to get 2 numbers from a different supplier ported to our existing contract. This process started over a month ago. Every day, after been shunted from 1 department to another, there is a different excuse. Pathetic service, and unfortunately we are locked into our contract. Not one staff member will take ownership of the query and try to assist, we just get given ANOTHER number to call, go into ANOTHER queue, with NO resolution!
