Cancel Contract IMMEDIATELY!!!

I was called by Marilyn on 1 Oct regarding a contract. I was told that a debit order will be done on the 27th of each month and that I would have to re-register my BB services. The debit order went off my acc on 1/11/2013 and only on 14/11/2013 did I receive sms's from Vodacom re my changed services. I called on 15th and was told to get my BB services on, it could take up to 30 days? Unacceptable!!! I ordered immediate cancellation on my contract, as I can't be without these services. It has had an immediate influence on my work productivity and I had to be at work at 3am this morning, to catch up with items I couldn't address over the weekend, as I had no access to services! I spoke to Marilyn at 16:56 on 15th and requested the contract cancelled within 24 hours. This has still not happened, I just called again to be told that she can't speak to me and when requesting to speak to a manager, I'm told that's not possible. I demand that this contract is cancelled within the next hour, all my services reactivated and I expect a call by a MANAGER/DIRECTOR and not a call centre agent!!!
