Unwilling to comply with warrnty

I bought a Lenovo laptop at the end of March 2013. The screen of my laptop broke. Still under warranty I took it in because it says on the slip and I quote "We will have any item under warranty repaired for you; should it take longer than three weeks, the item will be replaced or refunded." When I got to the store on the 1 of June 2013 the staff was extremely rude and told me it will take 3 weeks for the repair and I have to pay for the repairs. The screen of a laptop is a working part of a laptop not a separate part and must also fall under the warranty!!! I asked for a new laptop and that was immediately ignored because they will not give me one because the screen broke. Yesterday I went to collect my laptop with the news it is not there I have to pay first and wait 7 more working days for it to be at the store. No information like that was given to me at any time. It is 4 weeks now GAME DO NOT KEEP TO THEIR WARRANTY POLICIES AT ALL!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL!!! Not even the managers was trying to help me at all yesterday.
