Good day
I've purchase a laptop on the 26th of March at the Bloemfontein branch. Before a month, the laptop starts to give problems. I went back to the store, so that they can help me. I've asked them, if it is possible to get an exchange, because I am using the laptop for work purposes. The manager said that he will ask their supplier and let me know the next day. I've waited a week, no response. I went back to the store, and there was a other manager who assist me really good. He phoned me, and ask if I can bring the laptop to the store, they have a IT guy who can have a look to determine where the fault is. The IT guy said that it is not a software fault, but a hardware fault. The only way the manager said he could assist me is to sent it away for repairs. This is really bad, I only had the laptop for a month, and it starts to give problems. I do not want to sent it away for repairs, because next time it is another problem, which needs to be repaired and I am using the laptop every single day.
The sales rep only explained to me that I have a 2year warranty. When I went back to the store, there was a whole lot of new things that he didn't explained to me.
