I am very disapointed with the service i got from one of your store's in regards to a Laptop that i bought.
Just over a year after I bought my laptop, the harddrive crashed and I lost all of my data totaling approximately R 50 000 When I phoned your store I was told that it was still under the 3 year on site warranty and that i could take it in and have it repaired free of charge, seeing as it is still under warranty. When I took it in for the repair it was noted on the repair slip that it is under warranty. I couple of weeks later someone phoned me from your store to inform me that I now have to pay for the repairs! And if I do not accept the quote that I would have to pay for that as well. You have a policy that states that if your product is not repaired and returned within 21 day's you get a refund or new product. After 21 day's of not having my laptop back I phoned the store to ask about the 21 day policy, after wich i was told it is valid on 21 working day's. So waited a bit longer, now almost a month, when I phoned in again after 21 working day's, I was told that it now all of a sudden only applies to products still under warranty. No response from your head office even?
