Still Being Billed After Contract cancellation

I had a contract with Nashua since 2007, I cancelled the contract in April 2013 and migrated the number to prepaid but Nashua kept debying my account with R74. I called and enquired and was told that there we myMeg services and SMS which i reuested cancellation. Three month down the line my account still get debited with R74, I called and spoke to Ana who said, the services should have been cancelled when the account was migrated to prepaid. She will fix the issue and get my account refurnded, end of September my account is still debited. called Nashua and they kept me on the line even after saying i need to escalate the issue and speak to Ana manager.
