Still waiting for Call Center call back!!!

I have an ongoing complaint now for over 4 months. I keep calling the call center and I get a Ref no. The SMS comes through saying I will be contacted in 48 hours... well, I've called what feels like a million times and nobody calls me back!

Apparently the call center cannot assist and my query regarding why I pay for itemised billing and NEVER receive it. I have been paying since 2011 apparently and I have never received a bill. Nobody can send them to me and nobody can tell me where my money is!!! The last call I made I even had to fax my ID and a letter. I got confirmation that the letter was received and somebody would contact me in 48 hours and it's now been 7 days!

WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CALL CENTER IF NOBODY ASSISTS YOU!!! I didn't want to have to shout but 4 months later this is now getting beyond ridiculous!..
