I logged a dispute on the 08.10.2013 and the feedback i received was that the billing was accurate and correct which i was not disputing as i was using the internet. I spoke to 2 consultants who both failed to tell me that i would be billed for data usage or how it works as i believe now with the Z10 its completely different from my previous phone as internet was free. I was only advise on the additional charge of R 19 for bis. This has been going on for over a month???
