Vodacom
Vodacom just deletes my data bundle

Vodacom tells me that their data bundles are valid for 60 days, I activate one only to be told after that their promo bundles are only valid for 30 days, like we should just know these things.

Then after two weeks of complaining Travis Lebudu calls me and says for my inconvenience they will give me an extra bundle. The next time minute I see they have just cancelled my bundle that I paid R149, leaving me in a worse situation than I was in originally.

Since I have tried to log a call twice, never done, and left Travis Lebudu 8 messages and have not had a call mack for more than a week.

Vodacom just once again proves I am only a number to them.
