Data bundles purchased takes 24 hrs to activate!

My normal "in bundle" data was depleted and I purchased a new "once off" bundle to avoid out of bundle charges. After 3 hours it was still not activated. I then phoned 111 to see what the hold up was only to be told it takes up to 24 hours to activate. What's the point then of purchasing once off bundles, especially on the last day of the month. The new bundle starts on the 1st day of the new month. I asked Tshego to speak to a supervisor and was then put on hold for 10 minutes, with no one checking in on the line.
Vodacom, poor service, poor attitude and nice way to milk customers for out of bundle rates by delaying the activation of purchased bundles.
