Not doing their jo

Good day on the following number 0116094656 the line has been out of order over month my ant is over 80 that is only scours of communication. My mom and I have reporded many times and they resopnd is that is fix even when I said the problem is lying at her house point. She is most times at home and the technicians are lying on they job card as she was there that friday and they said no one was there I can't believe theat telkom is doing this I have most times such good service but seems the holidays to close as they minds not at they job. Please fix it as soon as possible as this is not acceptable at all to the customers of telkom. Thanks kind regards Richard Waring
