My total monthly account bill including monthly Internet was always between R420 to R450. My account is normally R430 per per month. Suddenly I received a statement today with an additional amount of R635 19008 mg usage which I do not know or gave permission. No notification was given by me. No-one on the helpline can tell me what TBIC usage is.
I want my money back- this is daylight. No pop up was ever approved by me as account holder. I want this be resolved by latest Monday 18 November where after further actions will by taken!!!
