And getting away with it

I have a data SIM card which is oly used for 3G (Data). I saw that my account was out of the norm last month but thought that I might have went out of my alloted data. Upon quering the account status this month, I was informed that I was subscribed to a service called "Cellspice" @ R7 per day. This is something I have never even heard of.
I now read all the other complaints and the answer from Mira seems standard: "A welcome SMS was sent". It's a DATA SIM card, how would I have recieved or even replied to this SMS?? What a load of Bull S*it!!! THe worst thing is, they get away with it!!
