MTN - useless, arrogant!! worse than government!

MTN offered a TAB 3 in June. I took the offer up. No Stock! only available in September. September comes and goes! no response, no offer, no apology, no communication, NOTHING!!! Escalate to the corporate shop!!! multiple times! escalate to the manager!!! voicemails to manager!! NO response!!! voicemail to the manager's manager!!! NO response!!! Retention's phones me. Why are you not upgrading??? Repeat whole story again! Please ask your manager to phone me! NO response!!!

Today is November 15!!! no response from anybody!!

I am deeply resentful of a company that I have 2 R750 month contracts with! one of the contracts is 15 plus years old!!! the other is 5 years old!!! I have spent more than R150 000 with them and it means NOTHING!!!

I even ask for the forms to port my number!! no response!!

VODACOM has been offering the TAB 3 for 4 months already!

I have edited and removed all the profanities that this episode evokes!!
