!!! STOP!!! - Before making use of OpenWeb…

Please be aware of the following facts about OpenWeb;
- Their claim of "NO CONTRACTS" is false you are bound according to them to (1) Calendar Month.
- Their (1) Calendar Month binding is also false, it is actually one month plus 5 or six days, as their month start on the 25th not the first. So your one month no becomes two...
- You can also not downgrade as the binding of one month is also in place for downgrades, even if they are aware of an issue for more than 4 months.
- According to them they are allowed to make modifications to their terms and conditions without notifying existing clients
- If you receive hardware from them you should return it on your own costs immediately, apparent that is "industry standard" and does not need to be mentioned anywhere...
- IP Addresses is given free of charge and you should have your own technical guy to implement them on their hardware that they have password protected...
- They take no accountability for service not provided even if on numerous occasions requests were sent to rectify the situation.
