BAD ATTITUDE AND WORSE SERVICE

I had the security system installed just under 5 years ago (costing -R20k) we have had numerous problems with the system and to little or no response has anything been done! When I eventually got fed up and the "new" manager was called he blatantly told me not to waist his time and to take out the system, WHICH I AM DOING AS WE SPEAK!! the odd person tried to help but still weeks later NOTHING has been done. I have had issues with the alarm its self, with the response team either coming 30 min late or not at all. Even an instance where they wrote on my signs that they were here because they didn't have response paper REALLY this is the service they offer!! BAD ATTITUDE is just a extra service they offer! The management of ADT BLOEMFONTEIN do not care about service let alone the client!! im just shocked that I paid the subscription for 5 years waisting money on RUBBISH!!!
