MULTIPLE DEBITING WITH NO PERMISSION

Good Day

I am SO cheesed off with Cell C store staff and call centre staff that are so incompitent. For 3 months ive been battling with them to sort out my debit dates but one account keeps attempting to debit me on the 15th of each month then again on the 30th for that same one. All my other debit dates should be the 25th of the month. The ammount is R206.50 that gets attempted to be debited. im sick and tired of paying that R70 reversal charges and i am holding cell c liable for it because its not my fault that your staff are mindless zombies. I pay seven or eight contracts, under my mothers name and my own name with split billing and this morning again like clockwork i got a sms saying i must fund my account today. STOP FLIPPEN FROM ME... and correct what you are failing to for the past 3 months already. In and out stores and on calls when i should be working. PATHETIC.
