Unauthorised Debit Orders

I am extremely annoyed with Cell C and in a good mind to go and complaint at the Telecommunications Board about this. I have never given you permission to deduct funds from my account whenever you feel like doing so. YOU PEOPLE have totally destroyed my credit record at my bank. You keep on debiting my account like 3 - 4 times a month without my permission. I don't know about you, but I only get paid ONCE a month. I emailed your service centre SEVERAL times via your website and I phoned SEVERAL times, but after holding on for 15 minutes (which I must pay for) i drop the call as you are wasting my money. No one phoned me or left a message for me up to date. STOP this debits from my account immediately! I am not happy witht his at all and now TODAY I receive a message from my bank again advising me to fund my account as YOU will debit my account AGAIN today. STOP this debit for today IMMEDIATELY or I will seek legal assistance as you are now adversing my account and my employment! STOP this and you better ensure that this debit for today get stopped IMMEDIATELY.
