Cell C
Debit never approved!!!

I am furious... Since this contract started with Cell C, we never had an agreement that my account would be debited, as I always made payment via EFT, now suddenly for the past 3 months my accounts is being debited, where-as I am still making payment via EFT as well.
NOW! This means I am being charged for the reversal fees, where-as I never agreed that my account should be debited. What's even better about this situation is that, for the past 3 months I have not been able to use my line because I am according to Cell C behind with pmt but they are the ones debiting without notification nor approval.
Please deal with this and sort it out now, if it means to get the initial contract, do that! As it was not agreed for any debit order!
I would like this stupid reversal fees minused from my balance so I could get some service and use this stupid minutes that can call cell c numbers only, anyways...

What is the settlement of this account, so I can just pay all your money and be rid of Cell C forever!!!
