Debit orders on wrong dates

Over the past 2 years I have been a potential client with Telkom mobile. During these 2 years I have had nothing more than endless problems. Firstly 8ta has been pulling off money on the wrong debit order dates, it clearly states on my contract the 15th of each month where as they have been pulling off the1st, then they have been trying to pull off my account at least 3 times in 1 month for 3 months (1st 15th and 25th) I have bank statements to prove this, debit orders that hasn't been going off yet I receive a notification from my bank ABSA that the money has went through to them (SHOWING THAT THERE IS AN ERROR ON THEIR SYSTEM). I have called the call center endlessly with case numbers and reference numbers I have done manual debit orders as well and I have also when to the direct branch about 10 times in total to sort this issue out. In the past 5 months these are the issues I have to deal with. 8ta owes me money and interest charges for going into my account and pulling of on the wrong dates of each month I have received no help or service in this 5 months I wish to cancel this contract and to get whatever money they owe me returned to be.
