3 months NO INTERNET and over debiting me

In the month of MAY 2013 - i had changed my bank account, i called the 8ta call centre advised of the new account details. They advised me that the change can only be effective from June. As a result of this, my May debit order was returned unpaid. I went into the Telkom shop on the Bluff and advised this and i wanted to pay the account manually the fee of R199 for May. I was advised, my account was up to date and i did not have to pay anything. In June, my internet line was cut off due to non payment. June i was debited for R249? my internet line was still not connected. In July i was debited R299? my internet line was still not connected. I called in and spoke to SOO many call agents, NONE of them can provide me answers, they are USELESS! they say they will investigate and get back to me and i request an email - yet NOTHING!! they are PATHETIC! August, i was debited for R445!!! my contractual agreement is for R199 and for the past 3 months, you have debited my account for weird amounts adding up to R989!! when my contract agreement is R199 a month, so for 4 months it is suppose to add up to R796! This is DISGUSTING and i will be pursuing this matter with the Ombudsman.
