Ever since getting my iCall account established this has been a problem: one cannot top-up the account via the website on one's customer login. It simply gives you no amount options and thus one cannot progress any further. Aside from that, the website is rather amateurish - I've seen Bulgarian sausage factories with better websites!

I have tried over and over to get the call centre to action this - they acknowledge the problem when they test on their side, and I'm given assurances that it will be solved, yet have the same issue next time. No one ever gets back to me, despite promises to this effect. This has been going on for more than 4 months!!
