I lost a phone on the 19th September, 2013 and reported it to the supplier. I was told to do a sim swap and met all requirements to do so.
Since then I have been trying to get the line activated and the whole company is failing to do so. They keep on requesting for proof of payment and have given it to them on 3 occasions dispite the fact that am up to date with payments.
I used the line for business purposes and have lost business as a result.
I have cases which have been lodged being.:
Case No 6889124, 6886875, 6885905 and 6879201. They are failing to resolve the problem which I believe is straight forward, which is re activating the number.
I get an error message stating that the number is not registered on any net work.
Iam just fed up of their in competencies and seriously considering taking legal action. Debit orders go through every month of R1550 for the line that is not in service. I also need to sue for damages caused financially and loss of business
