Dear Sir/Madam
Please check your computers to see the history of events from the time I ordered a adsl line with uncapped about five weeks ago.
Today was the fifth time that your company got me to be at home as I was told that the job would be installed today to no avail.
I find this totally unacceptable that every week I am told the installation will happen and with the final result that nothing happens. On the 4th of November the technician told me that he needed to get into our backyard neighbours property to sort out something on the pole and asked me to communicate with the Neighbour to find out when they will be available and that a supervisor would call me late that date to confirm time and they would then advise the technician on the time.
I managed to get hold of the Neighbour who said that they would wait for him at 10am the next day and as was assured by the technician the job would only take 15 minutes.
Nobody called me but we waited and so did the Neighbour taking us away from our businesses and jobs. On 12 November I called to enquire when a technician could come out as I was away from 6 Till 11 November. I was assured that a technician would come on 14 Novembe
