For no reason unknown to any of the call centre consultant nor the branch that services my account why my cell phone account was suspended even though my account is in a credit balance.
Instead of a sim swop someone swopped my account that I have held for almost 15 years with mtn.
Since Monday 11/11/2013, I have been back and forth between the branch and the call centre and have been told that a data capturer in error removed my profile and swopped it to another person and every day since Monday I have been told that it will be reconnect between 2 to 24 hours and to date and time of this complaint I have no service and no one person has had the courtesy to inform me as to the exact time and date of the reconnection. All I get told is that the store is waiting on the head office and the head office is waiting on the store.
However up until now no one can confirm when the problem will be rectified.
So I sit paying for a contract that I cannot utilise with consultants that don't give a for the inconvenience that the incompetence of staff has caused.
Please can someone resolve.
