When I phoned the call centre on Tuesday I was told I owe R42 and according to me that is not the case because I had overpaid my account (again). They refused to reconnect my phone until I pay this R42. I phoned them back the next day and then I was told that I am R250 in arrears and that my debit order had to be paid on the 15th. I had this contract for over 4 years and I've been paying with eft for over 3 years at the END of the month. I was also informed that my account is in arrears because I have to pay R57 per month extra on my BIS, of which I was never informed otherwise I would not have made use of the recurring BIS. I asked the person who I spoke to on Wednesday that a supervisor should phone me back because I had already been on the line with them for over 20mins from my work phone. Needless to say NOBODY phoned me back. I phoned @ 12 today and was told that after making arrangements my phone will be reconnected. After waiting 3 hours I phoned back and was told that NO notes had been made on the system and that my phone will not be reconnected. I am still waiting for a call from a supervisor???
