Poor Stinking Customer Service Vodacom 4U RTB

I upgraded my son's phone at vodacom 4u in rtb, waterfall mall in the 1st wk of Sep. Handset was taken back 3 days later-it had soft ware issues and could not create a bb ID and could not load bbm and other social network registrations. they took the phone in and "fixed" it by deleting all social network apps. We returned the phone and it was sent to Jhb for repairs. The phone came back (2 weeks) only to give the same problem. They issued another bb phone which gave the same problem and we took it in again! They sent it to Jhb for repairs again! I did not receive 1 call to let me know what was happening. I had to phone every time. Last week I phoned the shop to find out that a 3rd hand set was sent from Jhb as replacement- it gave exactly the same problems as no 1 and 2 and was sent back to Jhb again! I informed Cindy (manager) that I was coming to the shop an hour before I got there-she had to find out from Jhb what to do. She still did not get hold of her contact by the time I got there. Only to tell me that they want to check the line/number! Now 2nd wk in Nov - 2 MNTHS later and we are still waiting!! NO aftersale service, no phone and I pay for a phone I dont have, no apology!
