I have handed in my Samsung S3 due to a charging problem into Autopage which follows its ping pong roundabout of repairs beginning of February, store said 6 weeks it should take, I phoned in after bout 5weeks to chase it up to be told on the 13 march 2013 a Wednesday that its been dispatched and will be at the store on Friday only to go to the store the Friday to see that store Manager told me its still in repair centre will arrive Monday. Phoned Monday to follow up to be told that phone cannot be repaired and must be swopped out with a new one. Escalated a formal complaint only to be called by manager to be told sorry and they would follow it up, 2 weeks later from that I'm still waiting and chasing only to be told by a call centre agent that they will send email to repair centre but are awaiting stock from Samsung. I'm almost on 8weeks and still nothing, I see them waiting for stock as the height of laziness and incompetence, that is no excuse for a extremely disgruntled customer. They need to make a bigger effort and find a New Samsung s3 from any of there many stores around the country or chase up Samsung seeing Samsung cant keep up with demand.
