No response from MTN and dont care attitude

I have been long overdue for an upgrade, iv chosen the galaxy tab as my new choice.
The ladies at the shop have been taking their time to get back to me and make sure that my product is delivered, it has been more than 2 weeks all ready and i will not pay for the contract with no new contract being delivered. The ladies there have a dint care attitude and are very casual about making sure things go through, I have been going in to see the progress of the situation but they keep telling me to come back in 2 days time or the weekend with no pregress.
