Pathetic Service!!! Dont care attitude!!!

I went in for an upgrade and requested for a Tab on 21 May 2013 (Tuesday). Thabiso (Store manager) and Christopher told me it will be done by Fri/Sat as the contract needs to be changed from Voice to Data and would call me.By friday I had no call, so I went through to them and it was not ready. I was then told by Mon/Tues it will be done, and will get a call. STILL no call by Monday. So I went through AGAIN! I was then told it will be ready by Wednesday and I told them I would come through. Surprise surprise, I got there wednesday and was told they can not tell me when it will be ready now and i can not get my Tab until the process is complete (With an attitude). This is OVER a week now??? (30 May 2013) I told Thabiso im going to put a complaint up and with a "dont care attitude" he said Ok thats fine! I have 4 contracts with MTN and because of the attitude and pathetic service (2nd time by mtn), I will be cancelling all my contracts and move to Vodacom due to this. If i was told it will take a week, I would understand, but that Thabiso is constantly lying and wasting his customers time and not atleast keeping me up to date, I have lost faith in MTN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.Sort this out!
