False Pretences

Pizzaz Events arranged a weekend away for 270 ladies. I am totally appalled by Pizzaz Events as they promised the ladies a wonderful weekend away @ The Ritz Hotel - Sea-Point instead the ladies landed up at a hotel in WOODSTOCK. The ladies received NOTHING that was promised to them and all they received from the organizer was a bad attitude. The decent thing for her to do was to apologize to these ladies but they didn't even get that much out of her. I have complained to the organizer and SHE offered to refund me in FULL. All I have received from her since are excuses and. She doesn't even have the decency to answer any of my calls. I had to pay for the retreat way before the time and now that she has messed up she refuses to sort it out. Peopl please be aware of companies and businesses like this!
