For anyone looking for the worst attitude and lack of interest in helping clients may I recommend you visit MTN Beaufort West, I called in (after travelling 180km) on 24th September, to upgrade 3 different contracts (all mine) the service i received was pathetic and the attitude was " its a holiday so you can wait" Why then open shop?
One contract had 2 days to go before I could cancel and take something else, when I said I cant come back in two days the response was a shrugged shoulder and "i cant help you" I then asked about another deal on offer, "we dont have you will have to come back in 2 weeks" after a few more questions and the same I dont really care 2 hoots what you want attitude, I went next door to Vodacom, what a difference! I have still not taken a contract with them but am most likely going to.
MTN Beaufort you had better train some of your staff in the art of selling to the public not all of us are "country bumpkins" who will put up with your snotty attitude. I am only one person but most of my friends who also have MTN say they never go near your shop, they, like me deal with branches in Worchester or Johannesburg.
