Bad customer service

Went there to buy food today and I wanted to use the ladies room while I was still waiting on d queue. I asked the manager Ruth nd staff member Portia if I cud use the ladies dey said NO I need to buy food first and they could clearly see that I'm pregnant and I told them that I am here to buy its jus that I'm too pressed I can't wait until I get to d front as they can clearly see my situation. The stupid manager couldn't care less nd told me to go back to d queue instead of making other alternatives if she wanted the proof of payment from me so badly so I can use the ladies room. So Ruth and Portia does it make sense to u dat after I've. Bought my meal was I suppose to take it wit me to d ladies room or wat? Guys just always remember that u've got dat job bcos of us your customers I realy get worried wen I see a manager that doesn't use their brain at work some things jus need common sense.
