I received my cheese stix dip 20 min after the cheese stix was delivered because they forgot the dip. The Manager, Thea, replied with everyone make mistakes after I confronted her. When I told her its not the first time, its basically with every order, she had a no-care attitude, Even when I threatened to log a complain here and on the franchise site she had a no-care attitude and said "dan moet jy maar", translated then do so. I was shocked by her no-care attitude about their poor service. She just didnt give a!
