I have had my Vodacom account for the last 15 years, never defaulted on my payments and have keep up a good record with them over all these years. On the 14 Jul I did an upgrade with the upgrades department on the telephone, all seemed fine and 2 days later I received my new handset. The deal for that month or so I was told was that you get 200 megs data free and an additional 500megs as a promotion for free.
So I took the Smart S package. my first bill came and I only have 200 megs free on this contract.
So I called the call centre on the 02 September and was told that this would be sorted out in 14 working days, I have since called again on the 20 September and again on the 08 October and again on the 21 October, then on the 31 October and today again the 11 November. Each time my calls are no less than 45 minutes while I get passed to about 5 different people, only to be told my complaint has been logged and someone will get back to me in the next 14 days. Well I am tired of waiting now its 2 months since I logged my original complaint. I am not sure who to speak to next!!!
