I have noticed that our account has more than doubled on a talk 120 contract. I am unable to get an explanation for this hike in cost. I have called the 0821940 number and get transferred from pillar to post without being able to get one person to assist. Most frustrating situation. This sim is in an intercom and does not generate usage costs.
