VODACOM YOU HAVE A BIG DATA USAGE PROBLEM!!

My April/May statement came and I noticed my data usage had doubled my cellphone bill. Not expecting a R2600 bill, I was extremely vigilant the following month. Having spent two weeks at home and working off my wireless I was completely surprised when I had another statement 11th June for another R2600.
I called and ask them to investigate Ref No S3-TS33J-JOIUL I have followed up and still no progress???
To make matters worse my husbands account was also debited of R11, 700.00 also data usage!!! (our rent for the month) Vodacom are happy to take our money but slow to respond. I have posted a comment on Facebook asking if other people have had the same problem the response has been eye opening! How Do they get away with it??? I want answers..
